Eigikutei Gozen
In Japanese cuisine, the “Gozen” refers to a traditional meal arrangement where various dishes are served on a tray or platter. The gozen meal emphasizes a balanced diet, aesthetic presentation, and seasonal ingredients, making it both visually appealing and quick serving.
Gozen served everyday for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Thursday evening.
